Judson M. Graham joined McCallister Law Group in October of 2017. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of wrongful death, medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Graham received his law degree from the DePaul College of Law in 2012. While at DePaul, Mr. Graham received a CALI award, for the highest grade awarded to a student in the Litigation practical skills course, Litigation Laboratory. Upon graduation, Mr. Graham worked at a boutique plaintiff’s personal injury firm, handling motor vehicle injury litigation, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. He has successfully resolved cases via settlement, arbitration, and trial.

Mr. Graham’s successes include:

  • $1.25 million combined policy-limit settlement for the Estate of a gentleman who was tragically killed due to the negligence of a drunk driver and the bar where he was served alcohol.
  • $600,000 award for a client in a disputed trucking accident through mediation, after an initial denial of liability by the insurer for the driver at fault for the collision.
  • $800,000 workers’ compensation award after securing a pre-arbitration finding of Illinois jurisdiction over an accident which occurred in Indiana.

Mr. Graham received his undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Through high school and college, Mr. Graham worked as a law clerk on the trial team of a AV-rated eminent domain litigation firm in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduation, Mr. Graham moved to Chicago where he worked in corporate public relations and strategic corporate communications.

Mr. Graham maintains an active role in the Illinois State Bar Association, where he serves as an Assembly member, as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the American Association for Justice.
