A Tuesday evening accident on the Chicago Skyway between a private charter bus and a semi-trailer truck sent 17 people to the hospital. The bus, owned by Chicago Entertainment Tour, was following too closely when it crashed into the truck. At least 13 people were released from the hospital as of Wednesday morning. The injured passengers may be able to take legal action against the bus driver and Chicago Entertainment Tour for the injuries they suffered in the accident.
