By June 25, 2007News

An early morning bus crash claimed the life of one person and injured as many as 66 other people. The bus was traveling from a family reunion held in Buffalo, New York, back to Alabama when it crashed in Kentucky. It is believed that the driver fell asleep at the wheel causing the bus to crash. The accident occurred on Interstate 65. This bus crash is one of several bus crashes that have been reported over the past several months, including a Chicago bus crash on the skyway and a crash in Pennsylvania of a bus that originated in Chicago. The victims of these crashes may have a right to be compensated for their losses, including medical payments, lost time at work and pain and suffering. The families of those who lost their lives in these crashes may also be able to recover for the wrongful deaths of their family members. If you were involved in any of these or other bus crashes, you should contact an attorney immediately.
